New president at Stock4Services

New York-based investment crowdfunding company Stock4Services has appointed Jay Baguioro to the position of president. The company specializes in crowdfunding initiatives for services, advertising inventory and other non-monetary assets. Baguioro was most recently a senior vice-president at KMGI Group. Prior to that, he was the principal of IndustryLabs, senior vice-president for business development at MarketSpace Design Group and principal at Magnus Dux Canada. Baguioro has also been a broadcast sales executive and a direct response sales executive at Bell Media. Stock4Services is a subsidiary of KMGI.
