PEI Potatoes conducts bobsled promotion

PEI Potatoes, an organization representing the potato producers of Prince Edward Island, has begun a promotion as part of its sponsorship of Olympic bobsledder Heather Moyse. The group has been a sponsor of Moyse for the last three years. The promotion, called "Heather's Bobsled Booster Fan Club," encourages fans to submit messages of support online at <http://www.peipotato.com>. Visitors to the site can also enter draws for prizes including signed cookbooks and aprons.
