Sphere Media Plus moves into Toronto

Montreal-based television production company Sphère Média Plus has expanded its operations to Toronto. Carolyn Newman has been appointed head of development for English markets in North America. Newman has previously worked at Global, The Movie Network and Showcase. "Sphère Média Plus has already been active in English Canada for a number of years, and the addition of Carolyn to our team will allow us to reinforce our presence in this market and in the USA," said Jocelyn Deschênes, founding president of Sphère Média Plus.
