Scratch adds one, promotes one

Scratch of Toronto has hired Razi Saju as digital director. He will be responsible for the development and execution of the agency's digital production. Jolene Hunt has been promoted to the position of senior production manager. She has previously held the posts of online platform coordinator and junior copy editor.
