Acadia to buy two radio stations from Newfoundland Capital Corporation

Newfoundland Capital Corporation of Dartmouth has received approval from the CRTC to sell its two FM radio stations in Thunder Bay, ON to Acadia Broadcasting of Saint John. Acadia already operates 10 stations in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Ontario. No financial details are available.
