Quebecor Media Network introduced

Montreal-based Quebecor Media has created a new division called the Quebecor Media Network to handle its flyer printing and distribution services. The division consists of the amalgamated capabilities of subsidiaries Alex Media Services and Messageries Dynamiques, as well as Quebecor's community weekly distribution network and two printing facilities in Mirabel, QC and Islington, ON. The merger is intended to solidify Quebecor's position in the flyer printing and distribution sector. "The launch of the Quebecor Media Network will enhance the company's integrated value proposition to its business partners and advertisers at the local, regional and national levels," said Pierre Péladeau, president and CEO of Quebecor.
