Zoom buys Wellness Health Education Network

Montreal-based out-of-home media company Zoom Media & Marketing has acquired the Wellness Health Education Network of New York. The company operates digital advertising displays in 255 fitness centres in the US. Zoom plans to integrate these displays into its own inventory of fitness centre displays. "Health and wellness information is a big area of growth for advertisers," said Dan Levi, senior vice-president of digital media and strategic partnerships at Zoom. "WHEN provides Zoom's advertisers with relevant editorial content targeting health conscious consumers during a heightened state of awareness." No financial details are available.
