CHUM promotes Goldstein to vice-president

CHUM Limited of Toronto has promoted David Goldstein to the position of vice-president of government and regulatory affairs. He will continue to be based in Ottawa, where he previously held the position of national director of government affairs for radio and television. Goldstein joined the company in this capacity in 2003. Prior to that, he spent five years at the Canadian Association of Broadcasters, first as director of government affairs, and later as vice-president of government relations.
