Rogers picks publisher for Hello

Rogers Publishing of Toronto has appointed Shelley Middlebrook publisher of Hello Canada magazine. The celebrity magazine will debut in August. Middlebrook was previously senior manager of English television national sales at the CBC. Prior to that, she was executive vice-president of Brunico Communications.
