Outdoor Broadcast Network hires Tapp

Toronto-based out-of-home media company Outdoor Broadcast Network has appointed Judy Tapp general sales manager. She will be responsible for the firm's sales staff. Tapp was previously vice-president of sales and marketing at Travel Shop Television. Prior to that, she was general sales manager for specialty television networks at CanWest Global Television.
