NASCAR Canada signs licensing deal with Trio Group

Toronto-based auto racing organization NASCAR Canada has signed a multi-year licensing deal with The Trio Group to produce a collection of a NASCAR-branded products including clothing, soft goods and home furnishings. These products will go on sale at Mark's Work Wearhouse and some Canadian Tire stores nationally in June. The licensed products will include t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, jackets, backpacks, duffel bags, lunch bags, sheet sets, shams and comforters. "NASCAR merchandise is in high demand and to-date has had limited supply in Canada," said Randy Paul, managing director of NASCAR Canada. "This new deal with The Trio Group takes the NASCAR brand places it has never been before with strategic and pervasive retail coverage across Canada."
