ECHO PROMOTES HOCKIN, HIRES BALDAKIN

Echo Advertising has promoted Tori Hockin to executive vice-president of account services and hired Eric Baldakin as account director. Hockin, who has been at the agency since 1997, was previously a vice-president. Baldakin was most recently an account director at Scott Thornley & Company.
