CANADIAN SATELLITE RADIO APPOINTS PRESIDENT

Stephen Tapp has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Canadian Satellite Radio. He will oversee the firm's efforts to obtain a license from the CRTC. If a license is granted, Tapp will direct the company's operations in Canada. Tapp was previously executive vice-president of television at Chum.
