TOURISM TORONTO PROMOTES SUMMER PACKAGES

Tourism Toronto has begun its summer getaway campaign. Television, radio, print and online advertising, created by Arnold Worldwide Canada of Toronto, is targeting travellers from Ontario, Ohio, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Advertising is focusing on a number of getaway packages that will be available until September. Each package is based on a theme, such as theatre or sports, and includes accommodation, an attraction voucher and a special feature. Most also include a three-course dinner. Further support of the summer getaway packages, is also being provided by the Canadian Tourism Commission and by the Toronto Blue Jays.
