ICI PAINTS RETAINS KRPLINK

ICI Paints of Concord, ON has appointed krplink of Toronto its new agency of record. The account includes the Canadian retail and trade marketing communications for ICI's three chains: Color Your World, Glidden and ICI Paint. Krplink has worked for ICI on a project basis for about a year. The agency won the AOR assignment in a review with four additional unknown firms. The incumbent agency was Cioffi & Associates. Krplink will begin development of a campaign for 2004 this month. It will include national advertising, promotions, direct mail, public relations and online programs.
