LEONARD APPOINTED PRESIDENT V&B ARNOLD ADVERTISING

Vickers & Benson Arnold Inc. has picked David Leonard to replace Tony Altilia as president of Vickers & Benson Arnold Advertising, effective September 17. Leonard is currently senior vice-president of account services at Palmer Jarvis DDB. Prior to joining Palmer Jarvis in 1994, he worked at J. Walter Thompson and Walker Leonard Advertising. He also previously was director of marketing communications at Canadian Airlines International. Leonard will work closely with his counterparts at V&B Arnold's other operating divisions, vbdi, wideframe and Vickers & Benson Arnold (Chicago).
