T.O. URGED TO TOSS TRASH

Toronto advertising agency Padulo Integrated has developed a new anti-litter campaign for the City of Toronto. Toronto personalities including CTV's Mike Bullard and Valerie Pringle, Toronto Raptor Morris Peterson, Citytv's Katherine Humphreys, CHUM FM's Roger Ashby, Marilyn Dennis and Rick Hodge, Toronto Blue Jay Raul Mondesi, Ed and David Mirvish and Toronto Mayor Mel Lastman are featured in television, radio and print ads which began running on Monday to encourage city residents to "Do The T.O. Toss" to keep the city clean. All media for the campaign has been donated by Toronto media groups including: CHUM/City Group, CFTO Television, Rogers Media, Corus Entertainment, OMG Media, Mediacom, The Toronto Star, The Toronto Sun, Toronto Life magazine and Metro/Today. Padulo also donated its services, as did Generator Films, which shot the TV spot, and Bungalow 7, which developed the music for TV and radio. The T.O. Toss campaign will run for the summer.
