YIELD NEGOTIATES RE/MAX CAMPAIGN

Re/Max Canada is in the midst of an advertising campaign in the Quebec and Ontario-Atlantic regions. A series of three 30-second radio spots and three outdoor billboards make use of the theme "You want us on your side." "We asked ourselves how a Re/Max agent would bring added value to any real estate transaction - no matter how outlandish," said Shelley Ambrose, creative director at Toronto's Yield Integrated Communications and Advertising, the agency behind the campaign. The creative presents unpredictable situations that are intended to illustrate the benefits of having a Re/Max agent represent a client's interests in a real estate deal. In one outdoor execution, an igloo depicted with the headline, "We'd negotiate heated floors." In another execution, Aladdin's lamp appears with the headline, "We'd negotiate an escape clause." The third billboard shows a cat about to pounce on a mouse coming out of its hole. The headline reads, "We'd negotiate a back door." The campaign, which broke earlier this year, is running until the fall.
