Robin Heisey is set to become executive vice president and creative director at Toronto-based Harrod & Mirlin|FCB. For the past four years he has been creative director at Gee Jeffery & Partners Advertising Inc., also of Toronto. Gee Jeffery is expected to pick a replacement within two weeks.

Windsor, Ontario-based DaimlerChrysler Canada has restructured its public affairs staff. Shawn Morgan has been appointed manager of corporate media relations, with responsibility for the specialized areas of manufacturing and labour, human resources, governmental and environmental affairs, education, technology and design, procurement and supply, corporate diversity, and information technology. Previously she was program launch manager with the company's U.S. staff. Walter McCall has been named manager of product media relations, responsible for product information, vehicle and brand marketing public relations, product media programs and events, press vehicles, Mopar parts, and motorsports public relations. McCall has worked in public relations at DaimlerChrysler and the former Chrysler Canada for over 25 years. Lou Ann Barrette has been appointed manager of community relations, responsible for employee communications and the company's corporate donations program. She first joined DaimlerChrysler Canada in 1999.
